TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) hotmelt black out 3 layers film

This series ofproducts have a good compatibility, could be laminated with non-woven fabrics and otherfabrics. 

3 layers of films have different melting points, the upper and down sides white film has a lower melting point, the inner black filmhas a higher melting point, so that manufacturers in the lamination, no longer glue process. White film with a lower melting point could replace glue, play a role in reducing process steps, reducing costs,environmental protection and so on. 

At the same time, because the white color films like a full face glue, it can well maintain the shape of Shades, so that it is still not deformed in the process of folding and expanding. At present, it is the first choice for honeycomb sunshade curtains.

This film has 3 layers, there're white color films outside and the inner is black film. The outside white films are with lower melt point and inner black films are with higher melt point. This leads to when laminating this film with fabrics, it doesn't need glues. The our side white films plays the role of glues.
